Alabaster Jar INDY is a local church ministry, so naturally, we need volunteers for various tasks. Whether you are talented in gift making, passionate about prayer, or desiring to personally engage in the lives of sexually exploited women and underaged girls, we would love to hear from you!

Volunteer Opportunities
Frontline Team
Our volunteer Frontline Team engage with the women and girls in various venues with the intent of sharing Christ’s love through a non-judgmental approach by showing acts of kindness, giving gifts, offering a listening ear and prayer, sharing an appropriate verse for encouragement, and following up with a gospel tract, or Bible. Building relationships outside of the venue is paramount for the furtherance of care and community.
Prayer Team
Our Prayer Team, more commonly known as the “Prayer Patrol,” IS the ‘frontline’ ministry during every outreach. Rather than directly engaging the women, they are watchfully praying in a car, in an office, or on a street. They are not seen out front, but without their work to battle forces of evil against us, the Frontline Team would be significantly less effective. Is prayer your passion? Support Team
Our segue into many meaningful conversations happens as a result of the gifts we give during our outreaches. Presently, we give away approximately 100 gifts per month. These include drinks, protein bars, fruit, hygiene products, cosmetics, hand-crafted jewelry, and baked goods. Other roles we desire to fill are for believers who are talented in computer skills, social media, and administration.

AWARENESS
Invite us to your church, small group, or Bible study to share about precious women and underaged girls who are sexually exploited because of the evil demand in our city.
